There is a high demand for analytical skills such as critical thinking and fast learning. Students of today requires a different way of teaching that is not so complicated and also exciting. I realized this when lecturing my middle school gifted son. I introduced different approaches to learning math with several examples to guide the process which proved to be very successful. I love working with kids, I understand how to break down difficult problems to help their thinking. I have mentored several student with grades As and Bs in their math subject.
