Contemporary Dance with Lynda P.

Originally from Des Moines Iowa, I started my dance training at Iowa’s Westside Dance Academy. Performing in regionally and nationally, I also had the opportunity to perform for Disneyland’s 50th Birthday Celebration. In college, as captain of the Northwestern Dance Team, I choreographed hip hop, pom, and jazz routines for halftime shows and competitions. Upon moving to Chicago in 2013, I started teaching professionally. I’ve been teaching ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary for 6 years and had the opportunity to choreograph several award winning pieces as well as for Disney World’s Christmas Celebration. As a performer and instructor of several styles of dance, I’ve been so grateful to learn from many amazing artists. I enjoy the opportunity to pass this knowledge onto beginning to advanced level students!
