Hula Hoop with Lydiana M.

My hoop journey began in 2015. I was not very good at hula hooping at the time and my first hoop was purchased at a toy store as there were no other stores that sold hula hoops. I did not know anyone in Nashville at the time that was into hooping so with alot of time & practice, I taught myself most of the moves. I later traveled to other states and took classes and hooped with others that were more experienced than me. I learned that hooping was not just fun but was also an excellent form of exercise, dance & relaxation. My journey has been absolutely amazing and I am excited about sharing my hoop experience and techniques with you and I am confident that it will help your body, soul and will provide you with an overall good experience.
