Violin with Luke S.

Luke S. has been teaching private lessons since 2007 and is currently teaching at one of the high schools in the Cy-Fair school district. In addition to having a passion to teach music, Luke has performed across the Houston area with many different ensembles and orchestras. Luke is currently available to teach private lessons at his studio or in your home. As co-director, Luke has guided three string ensembles into receiving sweepstakes at UIL. All of Luke's students have learned how to create a more mature characteristic sound, students have become successful in reading music and in sight-reading music, and students have successfully learned how to vibrato. Luke received his training at DePaul University in 2013 where he received a degree in Music Education. As an expert in his field, Luke looks forward to helping new students achieve their individualized goals. Luke's teaching style is supportive, fun, and challenging.
