Hello! My name is Lucy Horton, and I am a musician, educator, and freelance creative. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2014 with a degree in Music Education & Choral Emphasis, and in addition to teaching have worked in New York as a touring musician with my electropop duo (Eugene Marie), a website designer, and a producer for a boutique music festival (Bear Music Fest). I moved to LA in the beginning of 2018 and am excited to meet and mentor new students while continuing to pursue a diverse range of creative projects.
Compose and record music, coordinate tour schedules, and execute promotion campaigns for the electropop group, Eugene Marie.
Create clean, inspired, action-driven websites, written content, and branding materials for entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses.
Produce and promote children/teen day camps for exploring song forms, creative writing techniques, collaboration, production, and improvisation and culminating in the composition, recording, and performance of original music.
Managed ticket sales, coordinated artist relations and customer service, created marketing content, and assisted the overall production of this unique boutique festival’s inaugural year.
Compose and record music, coordinate tour schedules, and execute promotion campaigns for the indie pop group, Lucy Horton Band.
