I have been teaching electric bass for three years. I believe that positive encouragement is the most important part of learning and growing. Respect and positivity make the other parts of learning a musical instrument (practicing, listening, theory) much more fun. Regardless of age or experience, I work with students in the areas of: technique, songs and styles, and music theory. I use The Improviser’s Bass Method to get comfortable with the instrument and to quickly get to playing.
