    About Lourdes T.

I have been tutoring and teaching for twenty years for private students as well as at academic institutions (University of Arizona, University of Southern Mississippi, University of Phoenix, Capella Online, and Pima and Gulf Coast Community Colleges). In sessions, I find out what the student really needs and help them achieve realistic goals through evaluation, pacing and persistent challenge. No matter what level of achievement is desired, I customize a lesson plan and learning regimen and guide the student to cross transformational thresholds. I look for and draw out the potential in students and help them achieve the competency they need to be independent learners and succeed in their endeavors professionally and personally. I also utilize recording devices so that lessons can be reviewed later and I employ Skype, Google hangouts and an online Whiteboard, so screen-sharing is enabled. *** Lesson Details *** First 60 minutes is evaluation and introduction to principles Subsequent sessions are training in skills with assignments. Had a great experience with Lourdes as my tutor! She is fantastic! Defiantly a person who knows experimental psychology and learned so much from her on so many research aspects. She taught in a way that I could understand and when I did not understand right a way she was so patient to explain it a different way along with great examples for me to understand and know how to apply it myself. Thank you Thank you Lourdes! If I ever need help again I contact you again.

I've had a wonderful time learning from Lourdes. She draws from a vast array of knowledge to help her student achieve their goals and tailors each lesson accordingly. Lourdes also offers her students exercises as well as supplementary readings to further your education. I would definitely recommend her as a teacher!
