The College Board has really made this exam tough!  I have been collecting and studying their review materials for 4 years now and teaching it to my title I students for a pass rate of 67% for 2019 (small sample size, and definitely not a randomly selected sample!)

I am a registered educator with the College Board.  We will use their scoring guides for the free response questions, and their sample multiple choice (with their tough detractor answers) to guide our time together, all with the goal of getting that 5!

My favorite number is 5! (not to be confused with 5 factorial :/) My goal is always for my AP students to get a 5 -- We don't always get a 5, but we always aim for them.

I have been teaching AP Statistics and Calculus for 4 years.  I have a Masters in Secondary Math Education from Milligan College, and have been teaching high school Math for 10 years.  This is a lifelong passion of mine, to help the next generation achieve mathematical fluency and live out their dreams!

I am passionate about math, flexible, very knowledgeable about the College Board's course framework, and ready to go on day 1.

Lori is a very dedicated teacher. Her love for teaching and math makes her instruction enjoyable.  She has a unique ability to make complex concepts understandable and thus learning enjoyable and rewarding.  Her love for math  makes you love it as well.

I dont even know where to begin.  Lori has been everything a teacher needs to be.  She is caring and you know she wants to help make you succesful.  Even though Stats was super stressful, she helped me through and I ended up enjoying the subject matter.  I would highly recommend Lori to anyone needing assistance with any level of math.

Mrs. Hill made made math, spefically  Calculus, enjoyable for me again.  Math was always my favorite subject, but became progressively harder and more mundane.  She is an amazing teacher with a unique sense of humor.  She enabled me to enjoy higher math.

Mrs. Hill was my teacher for both honors and AP calculus, and I loved her so much! I never quite understood certain topics from previous math classes, but she was able to simultaneously help with previous issues and teach me new content. She is extremely good at pushing students to do their best and at helping them with problems they don't understand. She is a great teacher and an awesome person and I always felt at home in her classroom. I am talking Calculus I in college and it amazes me at how much material I remember. I am still able to do problems that were covered back in the first semester of senior year. She has been one of my favourite teachers ever and I would recommend for everyone to have her.

After graduating high school and going into college, I can not express enough how grateful I am to have been taught by Mrs. Hill. Her notes and lessons are very organized and she knows where she what direction she wants her student's mind to head. Currently I am taking calculus in college and after having her class it feels like a breeze. Compared to other students in my class I feel very prepared and I do not stress at all over the class. In fact, there have been times I have had to teach other students to help them. This was all thanks to Mrs. Hills' teaching. Without her I would be in the same place as them. The way she taught was very nice and allowed you to learn the material well. Not only is she good at teaching she is also good at connecting with students. Many people leave high school and never want to see their teachers again, that is not the case with Mrs. Hill. She made the class a very comfortable and welcoming environment and I even contact her to this day just to say what's up. Not only did I feel like I gained a good education thanks to her but also a good friend. I highly recommend to anyone seeking help in any subject she teaches.
