Art Theory with Liz D.

I am an educator, curator, and creative entrepreneur specializing in printmaking, installation, and community arts engagement. I have a MFA in Interdisciplinary Book & Paper Art from Columbia College Chicago and a BFA in Printmaking from Wayne State University. In 2013, I founded Tandem Felix Letterpress Print Shop with my husband, Jamiel Dado. We are an experiencial studio specializing in workshops and private lessons, serving the creative Chicago community. Our workshops are on-site & mobile, with a traveling printing press available for hire at Chicagoland events. The studio also promotes creative collaborations with designers, artists, musicians, and those in the wedding industry.
