My name is Liza. I am a public school Elementary Band Teacher. I have taught private lessons to students since 2012. I play flute, piccolo, saxophone, and clarinet professionally.
I usually only teach in-person lessons. Due to the pandemic, I am only available for online lessons until further notice.

I am so excited that I found Lisa. As a senior student returning to clarinet after 46 years, I wanted to makes sure that I start with the basics so that I don't get into any bad habits. Everything Lisa covered and suggested in my first lesson was on point with everything I've been reading. I am confident that I found the right teacher at the right time.

Just within 5 short lessons, my 10 year old son has greatly improved in playing the saxophone. Lisa was kind and patient with him, and I definitely plan to continue lessons.

Lisa is trying to teach a senior on how to play again. I very rarely stick to what Lisa has set up for me to practice. Unlike youthful players we are not following a lesson book or books. But she is patient with me and we get along great and best of all i actually think i am doing better than i expected.
My guess would be that this is my third renewal.
