The Problem Many employees waste hundreds of hours every year doing repetitive tasks on Microsoft Excel that could be completed in minutes with the right training. The problem is that most training companies force students to sit down for 8 hours in a classroom to learn dozens of topics out of a 500 page textbook that students either already know or don’t even need for their specific job. The students leave the class more frustrated with Excel then they came in and they also lost an entire day of work in the process. The training ends up being a complete waste of time for the employees and a complete waste of money for the organization. My Solution I maximize the effectiveness of our training by ensuring our students learn material that is personalized to their specific needs. By asking user questions about their job role, current Excel proficiency and career goals, I am able to create a personalized learning path that will help users get the valuable skills they need in the shortest amount of time.
