Meditation with Lindsey L.

My name is Lindsey Little and I have worked as a teacher for about 6 months. I have helped friends as well, not really realizing that I was being a teacher for them as well. I have been on a spiritual journey for around 3 years now and have been a lifelong student of astrology, ancient esoteric wisdom, tarot cards, meditation, and holistic lifestyle. I was a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines and learned much about the world through this profession. I was able to visit many different places and experience many different cultures. I have overcome many obstacles in life including a severe eating disorders, addictions, and depression. I was able to overcome these issues through meditation and the study and practice of ancient wisdom. I have learned through nature and experience how to trust my intuition and higher self. I know how it feels to feel like your life is falling apart and you are coming unglued. I was able to overcome and I want to help others achieve the same. My life is living proof that at the core of all of us we are simply love and light. Its a journey to uncover all the ideas and beliefs that cover up that light and love, but as we become more aware of self through meditation, we can slowly start to peel off the layers and reveal our true self to the world!
