Music Theory with Linda R.

Named one of CBC's Hot 30 under 30 Canadian Classical Musicians, pianist Linda R. has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York. Upcoming performances include appearances in the Juilliard Focus Festival and engagement with the Kamloops Symphony Orchestra. Notable past performances include appearances with Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra, Royal Conservatory Orchestra, and Xinghai Philharmonic Orchestra; and performances in North America, Asia and Europe. Born in Tokyo, Linda began learning the piano at the age of seven in Shanghai after returning to the country. She completed her Bachelor of Music with Honours at The Glenn Gould School under the tutelage of James Anagnoson and Li Wang. Currently, she is studying at The Juilliard School in the studio of Hung-Kuan Chen.
