I provide that personal touch to both the food and each lesson is different. I work at the client's pace. No question is too hard when it comes to food and cooking. Over 40 years I have been called to cook everything from soul food to other foods of Mexican, Italian, Chinese and a long list of desserts. I have won every food contest from 1985-2000, until it became boring, there was no challenger for me. There is a strong need for people who try and cook for the holidays all the way to helping them find help in the kitchen for every day eating.

Cooking is the best hobby for me and I if I can help others in being the best in the kitchen then let's get this party started. I never stop with having fun in making that special dish. You know when the food is good when people steal the pans it came out of. Food should be loved and embraced just like life.
