    Hi, I am a 34 year old artist, painter and mixed media sculptor. I have a BA in Visual Arts from SUNY New Paltz where I graduated from in 2009. I have worked as a professional artist assistant to many different artists and craftsmen as well as have worked as a freelance artist and art teacher for 10+ years. I have additionally studied acrylic painting under private mentor named Michael Divine. I love teaching both drawing and painting and can teach you to reach any level of skill and personal goals that you may have.

    Lia was an AMAZING meditation teacher! She was calm, patient and very 'Zen' for our entire lesson, which really helped me to relax and calm down myself. Her instructions were easy to follow and I was able to achieve a deep level of relaxation normally absent from my meditations! Using the skills and techniques I learned from Lia, I now have a much easier time getting into 'the zone' every time I sit down to meditate :) thanks Lia!
