I have studied piano at Belmont University and have been teaching lessons for 2 years. I recently won a Classical Performers Award with Belmont University as well as the Music Education Scholarship.
These lessons will not just be a page by page method book reading but rather a mix of activities that will allow you to learn music theory, music history, as well as composition and improvisation. I want my students to be well-rounded in their musicianship so they can go on and succeed at whatever challenge faces them.

For Music Lessons:
My name is Lexi and I am a Music Education student at Belmont University.
I started my music career when I was just 5 years old and picked up a violin to which many squeaky sounds came out. I went on to learn the Suzuki method and Mariachi music. Since then I have learned piano, guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, clarinet, and voice. As a music ed student at Belmont, we are required to learn the basics in all orchestral instruments (e.g. trumpet, viola, percussion).
I will be graduating this December and plan on staying in Nashville. I have attended several Music Education Conferences and recently attended that Tennessee Arts Academy for Elementary Music Teachers. I do these to foster Professional Development and to gain great ideas from Music teachers across the country.
Let me teach you what you have been dreaming to learn.
For Swimming Lessons:
I am CPR certified and there is a pool at my apartment complex that we can use for free!
I competitively swam and played water polo for seven years and have taught lessons for four years. I tailor the lessons to the student's needs. If you just want to learn how to efficiently keep yourself alive in the water, I can do that! If you want to learn how to bring your 100 fly time down, I can do that!
Let me help you become the fish you were meant to be.
