Yoga with Leanne G.

I am a new private yoga instructor who currently has clients in groups, individuals who want to practice on their lunch breaks, and people who just want to develop a personal home practice. I cater to all ages, walks of life, and skill levels. My professional career is in accounting, which was what ultimately led me to a regular, not sporadic, yoga practice. My first job out of college was one in which you work 60-70 hour weeks for at least 6 months out of the year. I needed an escape where I could forgot my stresses and just breathe and move. Yoga has provided me with that much needed serenity, peace of mind, and "me" time. I teach because I realized how lucky I am to have found this feeling and love sharing it with others! Every one is different and every day is different, which is one reason yoga is so thrilling and exhilarating. I have my students chat with me each session about what feels tight and if there are any particular spots or poses they would like to work through in class. It is important to me that you leave fulfilled and I will be open with you about what we can do to ensure that you are. Come see me!
