Leanna is the best ❤️ I'm also a professional musician (violin/viola) and a teacher myself. She's great at explaining things thoroughly but in a way that makes sense developmentally, and she's extremely encouraging! 100% recommend.
Wonderful person to work with ....Leanna is helping so much with the mechanics of flute playing focusing on breath control and tone......So appreciate her patience!
Experienced and pleasant to work with I’m glad that I chose Leanna as my flute teacher. Although she looks young, she is highly skilled at teaching. She is very good at evaluating my level and adjusting her lessons accordingly. I took in person lessons before with another teacher and was not very happy with the sound I made, however, with Lena, just after about two sessions, she pointed out what I did wrong, and I improved a lot. She pays attention to details related to a flutist (such as my gesture, my posture, and my head level etc.), and reminded me from time to time whenever I made the mistake. She had a busy schedule but was willing to work it out with me when I had scheduled conflict. She is respectful and kind which, as an adult student, I appreciate a lot, but she is also friendly and fun, and that makes the lesson so interesting. I highly recommend her!
