Hello! I am a nurturing voice coach with many years experience working with all styles of music. I am a Grammy nominated songwriter & am currently on the faculty of a contemporary music college teaching songwriting and pop/rock vocal technique. You can also find me on Tik Tok where I have over 150k followers and am a member of their #learnontiktok creator family. Via my band, my music and singing has been featured on shows like Grey's Anatomy, Shameless, American Gods, iZombie and Marvel. I have worked with artists on Columbia Records, the Voice, American Idol, Jimmy Kimmel. My students have been accepted at LACHSA, UC Irvine and Belmont College of Music. I received a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance at NYU at the Steinhardt School. I went on to receive a Master's in Vocal Arts at the Thornton School of Music at University of Southern California where I also taught private and group voice. I also have a certificate in audio engineering from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA.I am able to teach worldwide. *** Lesson Details *** Whether it is a professional gig or a high school musical, I cater my lessons to your needs. At a standard lesson, I start by warming up my students. We then work on songs either with me accompanying on piano or working along with tracks. In many cases, we focus on preparing for auditions whether it is for performing live, a college audition, a junior competition or even television. I also mentor my students and help them to find auditions and work. In songwriting, I try to assist in structure, lyrics and tracks. I play piano as well and can work on performance with an accompanist or help you to familiarize with the music.I love teaching and am very passionate about my students and work hard to provide encouragement and fun!
