I am a classically trained pastry and artisan bread chef. I am a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in NYC and have of 7 years of teaching experience. My goal is to simplify some of the most technical pastries and breads so you can make them at home for your family.

My greatest passion is cooking for people and seeing the joy it can bring them. We all have so many memories that revolve around the kitchen and our family stories are created at the table.
