Hi! I go by Luiza and I am a private yoga teacher providing accessible yoga to adults of all abilities. I have trained to work with chronic pain and disabilities and I have extensive knowledge in anatomy to understand how we are all unique and our yoga needs to be unique too. When I am not having fun teaching private yoga with you, I am hiking with my children and my dogs or taking a bike ride to a local restuarant with my partner. I also really enjoy my photography, interior design, DIY projects, plants, and water paints.
