I have been a state certified English teacher for 5 years. I specialize in English Literature, reading, writing, SAT/ACT Prep, Spanish, and English as a Second Language. All ages and levels are welcome (grades K-12). Whether your child is working on a specific assignment or just wants to practice their literacy and language skills, I will customize my lessons to meet your child's needs. Not only do I strive to create a supportive learning environment, but an enjoyable one as well! I am a full time ESL teacher during the school year. I love to read, travel and learn about different cultures. I enjoy bringing back souvenirs to use as teaching tools in my classroom! My favorite genre is historical fiction and right now I'm reading a mystery set in Victorian England.
