Hello! My name is Lauren Ladnier. I first fell in love with music at the age of 7 when I began playing the piano. While in school I continued piano lessons as well as participated in choir and band. In college, I took piano lessons, voice lessons and participated in several ensembles such as choir, opera ensemble, piano ensemble and band. I graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelors degree in Education with a Minor in Music. I also have a Masters Degree in Special Education from the University of South Alabama. I have 13 years of teaching experience in education, special education, music, choir and private music instruction. I am a member of the Montgomery Music Teacher Forum, The Alabama Music Teacher Association and The Music Teacher National Association. I am a Wife and a mom to two beautiful daughters ages 13 and 8. I teach private piano and voice lessons, high school music appreciate and monthly group lessons in varying music themes.
I taught 5th-6th grade public school students in General Music and Directed an After School Choir. While there, I taught Student how to play piano and sing individually and in groups as well as many other areas of music.
