English (ESL) with Laurel A.

With a Masters in Education, Bachelors in English and 25 years of teaching & tutoring experience in English/ESL, I am an expert with English as a Second Language (ESL). In 2010, I founded Cary Tutor, a tutoring, test prep and ESL center for children and adults in North Carolina. In addition to serving as the owner, I have worked with students of all ages and professionals from all over the world, including Russia, Africa, India, China and Martinique. I also host Meetups for former students and non-students, where they can practice ESL conversation and social skills. I started an online academy in 2018, Laurel's Learning Lab, to help students from around the world improve their English Pronunciation and more classes are coming soon. I currently teach students from elementary - adult in Accent Reduction, Pronunciation and Conversation skills, as well as reading, writing and SAT Prep English and TOEFL testing, in private sessions in Raleigh, NC area as well as online classes.
