    About Laura W.

Offering lessons in piano, voice, conducting, and music theory/ear training for beginners through advanced students. I am a seasoned teacher and performer with a passion for teaching! My name is Laura and I am excited to meet you! I am a college music professor, and I also sing professionally in both classical and jazz settings. I have been teaching private lessons for 17 years. Over this time, I have had the privilege of helping my students gain skill, confidence, and musicality. I went to the University of Iowa, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and North Park University in Chicago. In addition to teaching music, I also enjoy coaching people on developing a strong, confident speaking voice. I am currently available to teach lessons online or near my home.
