Hey! I’m Laura, a natural light wedding & portrait photographer. I’ve been teaching in general for over 10 years, and specifically teaching photography for 2 years. I believe in breaking down the entire process, teaching your how to use your camera first, what aperature and ISO mean, and all of the basics so that you can shoot in manual mode to achieve the look you’re going for in every photo you take!! Why am I a photographer? Why do I do what I do?... I believe that photos don't just capture the joy in a single moment, they can bring you joy every day. Everyone has their struggles, myself included, so it's important that we take the time to capture the moments in our lives that are filled with pure joy, beauty and excitement! Through photography, my goal is to help my clients establish a legacy of happiness; so that even on a bad day, they look at that canvas on their wall, and are reminded of those happy feelings that automatically bring a smile to their face. Not only that, but those photos will be left for future generations - to inspire them to live their lives in the same joyous way! I don't just capture a pretty day, I leave an impact on lives. Hopefully, through my classes, I can give you the tools to do the same for others (and for yourself)!
