Yoga with Lara B.

My Yoga interest was sparked in 2003 when I was trying to seek ways to manage stress and encourage weight loss. What began as a physical practice, soon turned into a spiritual journey and a life changing experience. I lost 40lbs+ through Yoga, exercise and eating right. Yoga has healed my constant back pain, scoliosis and has given me confidence. I have strengthened my body, I am more flexible, calm and dedicated to my goals. I would like to share this with others who could benefit from Yoga. I believe my strengths as a Yoga teacher are my emphasis on alignment to avoid injury, which is my top priority. I also aim to deliver clear and concise instruction.
