I am a cellist with over 14 years of experience as principal and first stand for various orchestras and ensembles, and I have 4 years of teaching experience. I am currently a senior finishing up my Music degree at UC Berkeley.

My teaching methods include Suzuki and traditional methods, and they are meant to fit the students needs. I am quite technique oriented as I believe that students need a strong technical foundation in order to excel and play with fluidity and ease. I am very friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and my goal for my students is that they are able to thoroughly enjoy playing the cello while ultimately achieving their full potential. My students have gone on from beginner levels to playing first stand of their orchestras.
