Muay Thai with Lance D.

I am the head Muay Thai Instructor at Robot Fight and Fitness in West Los Angeles. I love sharing my passion and knowledge of the sport with students who are willing to learn. I aim to improve lives mentally and physically through Muay Thai and kickboxing. I feel truly grateful to be able to surround myself with the sport I love most. I have multiple Regional, State and US titles including the IFS Light Welterweight Title, IAMTF Welterweight Title and a US Welterweight Title. I am also the winner of "The tournament to Bangkok" and have trained in Thailand. My main purpose is to help improve peoples lives through Muay Thai and Kickboxing by training hard and having fun!
