Generation Band

Church band performing worship music 2 Sundays a month at Faith United Methodist Church. I performed harmonies, lead vocals, and whatever else I needed to do to raise the energy up, claps, snaps, backup vocals, dancing.

Medusa Studios

Assisted head engineer and producer with setup and breakdown, debugged and fixed analog mixing console using electrical engineering skills, and learned about artist development.

UF AES REC - Audio Engineering Society, Recording Subcommittee

Started a Mentorship program for fellow college students who were interested in audio recording, building music equipment, and mixing audio. Built a recording studio in my spare bedroom and walk-in closet and taught students to use the equipment and software, Logic Pro. Membership with University of Florida AES was a requirement to be a part of this program.

Krysti Subieta

I write and perform songs solo, and with a band. Released a full length album called "Find Yourself", in which I recorded multiple instruments, mixed and produced the songs, and then finalized the album with Vinyl House Records. Then, I wrote and recorded a song-a-week for 12 weeks, project called "AngelGrams". Worked with producer James Gibson for this project to learn artist development. www.krystisubieta.com

AngelGrams Music Project

In a 12 week challenge in which I grew as a songwriter and performer, I wrote 12 songs and performed vocals and instruments in a professional studio. This project also helped me overcome many psychological and spiritual obstacles that come with singing, hence the name "AngelGrams". Established in 1948, the Audio Engineering Society, Inc. (AES) draws its membership from amongst engineers, scientists, other individuals with an interest or involvement in the professional audio industry. The membership largely comprises engineers developing devices or products for audio, and persons working in audio content production. It also includes acousticians, audiologists, academics, and those in other disciplines related to audio. The AES is the only world-wide professional society devoted exclusively to audio technology.

Broadcast Music Inc. was founded in 1939 by forward-thinkers who wanted to represent songwriters in emerging genres, like jazz, blues and country, and protect the public performances of their music. Operating on a non-profit-making basis, BMI is now the largest music rights organization in the U.S. and is still nurturing new talent and new music.
