I love being creative with food plans. I care about what I eat and how my body reacts to it. I love energy healing work and believe food contributes to our vibration. I love my DoTerra essential oils and I incorporate alternative methods to my daily life. I love to exercise or being physically active. Music is essential in my life. I really enjoy helping people when they ask me, what to do with food, exercise, planning meals and corrective thinking when it comes to motivation and inspiration.
