The classes I am offering are in piano, chamber music, accompanying, music theory, ear training, sight reading and competition preparation. Perhaps one of my greatest successes has been the high level of performance of my students. My philosophy of teaching is that music has the special power to enlighten, educate, and inspire in few brief moments. A teacher who loves what they do can harness that power to motivate and inspire students in a way that not only teaches them about music, but has carryover into all areas of their lives. I have developed an objective style of strengthening a student’s skills of musical understanding, technical competence, sight-reading and music theory, ear training. I work to develop a strong artistic freedom of musical expression on the instrument. I have developed and used various strategies and programs, in both instrumental and music theory. I provide individually oriented instructions; assist in repertoire learning, as well as encourage and prepare my students to participate in various piano events. We are all unique, both cognitively and physically. In order to get good results from a student, I create a specific methodical system that addresses each student individually, where concepts need to be well explained and re-enforced, and information is presented in an organized and sequential manner. As a teacher, I encourage students to work hard and enjoy what they do. I believe that there is a strength and talent in each one of us.
