Full time Faculty Member-Music Department, (UALR) Collaborative pianist for the vocal and instrumental departments. Perform with guest performers, UALR faculty members, coaching and assisting music students in concerts, professional recordings and auditions, rehearsals, festivals, juries, competitions (e.g., NATS and Metropolitan Opera Auditions) Conductor of the UALR Concert Choir Auditioned 40 voice SATB ensemble. Prepare concert programs, select and prepare repertoire, recital program, radio interviews. Accompany international and national touring, recordings, fund-raising, community outreach and recruitment. Pianist for the UALR Concert Choir and UALR Community Chorus (non auditioned 85 voice SATB ensemble) Accompany choir during rehearsals, concerts, recordings, fund-raising, community outreach and recruitment Music Director and Accompanist of the UALR Opera Theatre Program Coach, prepare, and play for all productions and fund raisers assisting the conductor, and playing piano (filling in instruments) in the orchestra for the final performances. Main accompanist for the opera auditions. Founder, director and lecturer, Outreach for the Performing Arts Conducted lecture series and educational presentations on repertoire, issues of performance anxiety, and communication techniques. Presented musical seminars at schools, hospitals, and retirement centers focusing on musical cognition: the Educational, the Healing, and the Inspirational power of music.
