Hi! I'm Kristi Johnson and I LOVE Public Speaking!! If you don't, it's okay. Hey! I get it. I'm still trying to conquer my fear of dogs. Sounds crazy, right? Don't laugh at me and I won't laugh at you. :) Many people (in fact 4 out of 10 people) simply don't like public speaking, fear it or absolutely hate it. That's why I am HERE to HELP. I have helped hundreds and hundreds of students over the past 10 years CONQUER this fear once and for all. As a motivational speaker, I have had the opportunity to speak to more than 10,000 students over the span of my career. I hold a B.A. in Mass Communications from Grambling State University and a M.A. from Texas Southern University in Speech Communications. I have taught on the collegiate level for 10+ years at various colleges and universities including Houston Community College, Lone Star College, The Art Institute, Sam Houston State University and Prairie View A&M University. Additionally, I have held several titles which required exceptional Public Speaking Skills including Miss Tyler Junior College, Miss Texas Jr. College Shrine Bowl Queen, Miss Cover Girl for Grambling State University where I also won Best Interview. So to sum it all I love people. I love talking to people and I love helping people find their voice AND use it confidently. Ultimately, I believe we all have strengths and challenges, I could never tutor in Physics or Chemistry...lol BUT I CAN help you learn to stand confidently, connect and deliver an AMAZING talk to your audience.
