Health Choice

I implemented multiple training guides, rewrote the training manual and I trained and audited dozens of newly hired claims processors. I created and maintained a quality management spreadsheet tool to assist all claims processors with their quality. This tool's results were sent to management on a regular basis. I led multiple training classes and meetings to train staff on new and changing guidelines for claims processing.

I investigated various health care fraud issues, performed analytics with vendors and spreadsheets, presented information to government agencies and cooperated in their investigations. I created and maintained various spreadsheets and reported critically important items to management on a regular basis. I led interdepartmental meetings to achieve financial savings and implemented a vendor software program that saved the company millions of dollars annually in potentially fraudulent claims.
