Hello Students/Parents: I'm a 24 year old hip hop dancer residing in San Diego. Graduated from ITT Technical Institute. I've been dancing for 8 years, competing for 3 years, and teaching for 4 years. I'm the coolest most laid back guy you will ever meet. I like to laugh a lot and make sure that everyone around me is laughing too. I'm patient and understanding when it comes to kids/adults with special needs. We all have two feet in common and the love for music so let's dance! 2007- I started dancing my freshmen year of high school. 2008- I got onto my first junior hip hop competing team, Syde FX and trained for 2 years. 2010- I got onto my first adult hip hop competing team, Urban FX 2012 to Present- I've danced for Sea World and international artists, I've danced on KUSI news, I've competed in all-style battles. I've danced for Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas. I am currently trying to push for movies, and back up dancing for artists music videos. ***Please click the *''Photos'' and the ''Videos'' section* to know more about me as well as staying up to date with my latest videos!*** My goal: Is to teach you to GROOVE before you MOVE. *Assuming you take 1 lesson a week Day 1: Figuring out what you want to work on and goals you want to achieve. Talking so we get to know each other. 30-minute routine that you can take home and practice anywhere. Month 1: You will have basics down and feeling more confident in ability. Month 2: This month is where we play with YOUR creativity and YOUR character to build up your musicality. This is important so your dance style is not like anybody else's. You don't want to be a clone! Month 3: Checking progress and giving constructive criticism. Month 4: We'll pump up the tunes on a nice day at the park and just have a freestyle session not caring who see's to build up confidence in ability and musicality. Month 5+: Continuous checkups on how your dancing is going and advanced techniques and tips will be taught from here. ***Please click the *''Photos'' and ''Videos'' section* to know more about me as well as staying up to date with my latest videos!*** *** Studio Equipment *** I just need open space and I will bring my portable JBL speakers that are pretty loud. *** Specialties *** *Beginning Hiphop *Intermediate Hiphop *All-Style freestyle technique Popping Waving Botting/“Robot” Animation Tutting
