Percussion with Kiril A.

I am a drummer/percussionist based in Miami. I was born in Bulgaria in 1992 and after finishing high school there and undergrad in Amsterdam, Holland I moved to US where I completed my masters degree at the University of Miami and continued with my career as an active performer and a teacher. My main instruments are drums, marimba, vibraphone, xylophone, snare drum but I also do hand drumming for those interested to know more about types of strokes, groove, style. Since I am in Miami I often travel to New York to perform, play with orchestras, ensembles all over Florida. I am teaching privately and at University of Miami as a teaching assistant for two years already. Recently I had the chance to record drums for DjKhaled and Rick Ross (for those of you who are interested in drum set and this style of music). I am personally very open to different styles, cultures and knowledge in general and believe that every student and a teacher should learn from each other in each lesson. My goal is to give as much as I can and share the best of my abilities in order to help a player grow and succeed in music.
