I am a professional ESL teacher and writer. I graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelors of Arts, specifically English (Creative Writing and Literature). While there I also studied education and Spanish. Students can be expected to improve from week to week in their conversational skills, as well as reading, writing and listening if requested. I also have an accredited TEFL course and I am well versed in English grammar. It is my goal to help any student become confident in speaking English. I have taught students of various ages and experience levels from A1-C2. I am adept at creating lesson plans and curriculum development. Specifically, I created a young learners (3-5 years) curriculum tailored to include Montessori based learning and English immersion. My personal passion is creative writing. While I am a teacher by profession, I also spend my free time writing, specifically children’s short stories and personal essays, as well as travel centered articles.
