    I am a Spiritual Catalyst (Spiritual Life Coach) with the goal of helping you better understand your YOUniverse and how you can attain/maintain a more balanced state of mind-body-soul as you go with the flow of the Universe around you. This includes Discussion and Meditation. We discuss your past and present, dive deeper into your Self, and discover or rediscover your Self/Soul. We meditate to learn about your energy/vibrations (Chakras), balance your mind-body-soul and develop ways to maintain this balance.
