I first started taking piano lessons when I was 6, but I despised practicing. It wasn't until I was 11 that something clicked, and I realized that practicing the piano was actually fun! I will help other students gain the necessary basic technique and skills so that they start practicing not because they have to, but because they want to.

Hey there! Some of the experiences I value most in my life have been while I have been teaching others, and I hope to be able to continue to teach for the rest of my life. I am currently a student seeking my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. I have a very strong academic background, in the top 10% on all ACT subjects and in all classes so far. I am also an avid musician. I have spent time volunteering at elementary schools, and I have also taught religion and English as a second language in Italy. Those who know me well know me as a fun-loving, easy-going, non-judgmental person who hopes to keep on learning and teaching for as long as I live.

I  am so very happy to have gotten Kenyon as my Italian teacher.  Kenyon was extremely knowledgeable and made taking the lesson so much fun and enjoyable. In the short time we had together, I not only learned conversational speaking but what letters made what sounds.  His lessons were easy to comprehend and I was able to practice through the week with ease.  Kenyon always made himself available for any questions outside of the lesson.  I highly recommend Kenyon and will use him again in the future.  Thank you Kenyon!
