Baking with Kelsie I.

My name is Kelsie. My passion is cooking and I would love to help you learn how! I originally attended Palomar College to pursue a degree in Child Development in 1992 and taught at a private preschool during that same time. After starting my family I wanted to focus on them, so I spent some time catering hoping to bring the two together. My career took a break while I raised my family,and now I teach cooking classes to all ages. I love to see my students creating tasty, aesthetic dishes. I am a very easy going person so my teaching style is laid back. I think we create the best when we are happy and having fun. There are never mistakes, only learning experiences! I teach Cooking, Baking, Allergy free, and Get Fit classes. I think its important to eat well and have it taste delicious using whole foods, made from scratch! It's so enjoyable to help create a fun,positive food experience for others. I have classes for children and adults. If you want to learn how to cook or have a meal cooked for a special occasion I would love to help you. I look forward to seeing you in class!
