Hello there!  I am a licensed music teacher for CMS and am looking to take on a few private piano students on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  

Credentials: teaching license for K-12 music, Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education, Minor in Piano Performance, 6 years of teaching experience. 

I have many years of private piano teaching experience.  I pride myself in varying my approach for each student.  Ultimately, I want you to love music, so my teaching philosophy changes based on what genre/level you'd like to play.

Hello, Future Students! 

My name is Kelly and I LOVE music.  I have been studying music since age 3, have performed in 5 National Piano Competitions, and have even sung with Kristen Chenoweth and Andrea Bocelli!  I'm a music teacher for CMS here in the Charlotte area and though I have 800 students already at school, I'm looking for a couple people to give lessons to on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

If you're looking for a friendly teacher who also holds you accountable for practicing, I'm your gal!  My overall goal is to teach music in a way that will make you love it, and I'll adjust the repertoire and my teaching styles in order for you to get the most out of each lesson.
