Hello! I am a professional jazz pianist and vocalist and have been studying music and performing since age 5 and teaching for about 13 years. I am also currently a teaching artist with Jazz House Kids in Montclair, NJ.
I LOVE to share my passion for music with others, I am very enthusiastic and love seeing my students grow!
I will give you all the information that you need and with diligent practice, you will show improvement with each lesson.
I specialize in song learning and memorization, improvisation, harmony, and ear training.
Each lesson is specialized to cater to each student's needs.
We can also work on technique for piano and / or voice as well as performance practice and overcoming stage fright.
I can also teach composition and / or arranging.

Teacher's studio
Kelly introduced me to jazz in a very laid back and approachable way. My goal when studying with her was to get a solid foundation in jazz language and get into two conservatory programs; William Paterson University's Jazz program and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. With Kelly's guidance and genuine interest in my success, I managed to achieve these goals. Kelly Green is a working musician and I'd recommend her to anyone interested in learning jazz piano!

Kelly is such an amazing teacher!
