I'm a performer and composer with a with a BFA in Classical Instrumental Performance. I have performed with the Brooklyn Wind Symphony, The Chelsea Symphony, and Utopia Opera among many others. I have years of experience teaching people of all ages in groups as well as teaching all levels in flute and beginner/ intermediate piano privately. With each lesson, I target what the student wishes to learn, what they can improve on, and move forward based on goals we create. All within an environment of trust in ones abilities and using personalized teaching methods that work for each student. I like to make sure that my students understand the material before moving on as well as making sure that the material is something that keeps them interested and motivated.
