Voice Studio

Private voice studio includes students from absolute beginners to professional performers. Lessons include a technique-developing warm-up, vocal coaching on current repertoire, and selecting new music. Passionately teaches a variety of vocal styles, including musical theatre, pop/rock, and classical. Personally provides professional piano accompaniment in each lesson. Previous students have appeared in Broadway, national tour, and top regional theatre productions.

Directed, co-music directed, and choreographed this youth production at The Studio of Performing Arts in New Canaan. All cast members are of high school age, and work diligently to put up a fully staged musical in two weeks.

New York Vocal Coaching

Accompanist for Broadway veteran Arbender Robinson’s musical theatre forum class. Piano associate in their growing piano program, offering lessons in both classical and contemporary styles.

The Studio of Performing Arts (New Canaan)

Instruction in voice, songwriting, and piano to students ranging from elementary school to college levels. Musical director for several summer programs and shows at The Studio, including the popular “Broadway Audition Prep Intensive.”

Ocean Hill Collegiate School

Primary choir director for the middle school choir and the 8th grade vocal ensemble. Introduced basic music theory, ear training and encouraged a fun environment for students to create music as an ensemble.

Possible Memoir Titles

Music director, accompanist, and backup vocalist for Caroline Dooner’s original comedy cabaret. “Possible Memoir Titles” enjoyed two feature performances at Don’t Tell Mama in New York City, as well as Rockwood Music Hall.

Music director, accompanist, and backup vocalist for Nicholas Park’s debut cabaret at The Duplex in New York City. Arranged original “mash up” arrangements for the performance.
