I teach mostly online. I currently work in IL, but am willing to teach on the weekends if I get enough clients in WI. I am passionate about health and wellness. I have been studying it for years. I have my BA with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Health Promotion.. In my free time, I love reading about wellness and psychology. I believe in a holistic approach to healing our bodies, and I am here to help you use your body to its fullest potential. I am here to help you learn and grow, not only physically stronger, but emotionally and mentally stronger as well. Kellie is easy to schedule with and she mixes up the routine every week so you are never bored. Our workouts have been a combination of pilates and strengthening using body weight or light weights. I already feel stronger in my core, glutes and upper body after only 4 sessions.

Kellie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, working out and exercise. She also knows a lot of mental strategies to help me stay on track. She is VERY
non-judgemental and positive. She has really good advice and I feel like she is a good teacher. She seems experienced and confident, which helps me feel confident too. After this first lesson I feel encouraged and empowered and like I chose the right teacher/coach.
