I've been playing and teaching piano for over 20 years. I have performed classical piano at NYC's Steinway Hall, I've played in the orchestras for countless musicals in and around New York City, and I have even performed a Liberace tribute in Las Vegas. As a performer, I love all music. My favorite classical composer is Chopin. But, I also enjoy playing popular music, holiday songs, movie themes and anything else that catches my ear. As a teacher, I believe that learning to play the piano should be fun. If learning music is frustrating and stressful, then what is the point? My first goal is for my students to love playing music. Piano technique and musical theory are important and are included in my lessons, but we also have fun while learning. I offer virtual and in-person recitals throughout the year and I'd love to see you on stage with us. Thank you for considering me as your piano teacher!

My 9 yo son is reading music and playing classical music on the piano. He is more focused in school and well behaved. I definitely recommend Keith for piano lessons.

I'm an adult student and I get frustrated very quickly when I cannot do something. Mr. L. is great bout assigning me music that is challenging enough for me to learn something new, but I'm still able to play it without pulling my hair out. Honestly, I would have never believed that I could learn to play as well as I do now. I'm no concert pianist, but I'm very happy with what I can do.

I have both of my kids in piano lessons with Keith. They look forward to their lessons and they practice without being asked. They didn't do that with their last teacher. Keith keeps them engaged and laughing and having a great time while they learn. Highly recommended.
