Music Theory with Keira H.

I am primarily a Jazz trombonist and composer now based in Boston but have lived in New York City. I have my BFA in Jazz and contemporary music from The New School (NYC) and my Master's in jazz and contemporary music from Berklee's Global Jazz Institute (Boston). I have studied both composition and trombone and jazz studies with Tamar Diesendruck, Alan Ferber, Kirk Nurock, Aaron Goldberg, David Gibson, Marshall Gilkes and Steve Davis. I have taught at Jazz House Kids summer Program for two years as well as Litchfield Summer Jazz program. I have taught many private lessons to people of varying levels of experience and interest. Age is considerable, of course, but I have no preference and enjoy working with people of different backgrounds and goals!
