I have adapted hula hooping as my means of staying active and getting my daily exercise in! I teach a hula hoop workout class to all ages. This fun for the entire family! Hula hooping is a great way to stay fit and have fun while doing so. Hula hooping can be done indoors or outdoors. Hula hooping has great benefits here are a few:
