English (ESL) with Katie R.

My name is Katie and I am an ESL teacher. I was raised in the midwest and have lived in 3 different continents. My thirst for adventure and education is what has taken me around the globe. I wasn't always a teacher by trait. A year abroad volunteering and teaching English quickly became my passion. I quickly knew that was what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to teach English as a second language. Every country I have traveled to I try to stop in at local schools or centers and lend a helping hand teaching English. I have taught working professionals in China to monks in Cambodia. All in all, I have taught over 3 years abroad in both private and public schools in the city and in rural China. My class size has ranged from 60+ students to no more than 4 students.
