Hello! I am Katie P. and I have been teaching for three years. In 2016, I received my Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from James Madison University and my Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from Peabody in 2018. While I attended Peabody, I lived with my parents in Bel Air, so I taught there, and I still do! I have studied voice for six years, and have sung in operas, operettas, choirs, and musicals. I have played the cello for fourteen years in solo performances, with quartets, with symphonic and chamber orchestras. Looking forward to teaching you!

I came to the lesson not knowing what is going to happen and a bit apprehensive. Katie made me feel very comfortable. I was able to learn how to use my breathing better in the short 30 minutes we met. I am looking forward to more lessons.
